BTS Jungkook's Seoul apartment breached by woman; later arrested
Famous BTS member Jungkook returned home after completing his military service in June this year. But since his return, worrying incidents have been happening with him. Recently, a 40-year-old woman was caught trying to enter the parking area of Jungkook's apartment building in Seoul. Reportedly, the incident took place at around 11:20 pm when a woman entered the parking lot following a car. The security guard noticed suspicious activity in the CCTV footage and immediately informed the police. During interrogation, the woman said that she had been "visiting a friend's house."
The first incident happened in June
This is not the first time someone is trying to break into Jungkook's house. In June this year, on the day Jungkook was discharged from the army, another woman tried to forcibly enter his house. This woman came from China and tried to enter the house by entering the door code. The police immediately arrested her. The woman stated that she had come to South Korea especially to meet Jungkook. Later, he was produced in court and handed over to the prosecution.
South Korea's Anti-Stalking Law
South Korea implemented the Anti-Stalking Law in 2021, under which such incidents are considered serious crimes. According to this law, if a person follows someone or enters a private place without permission, he can be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to about $ 21,000 (30 million won). At the same time, if any dangerous weapon or suspicious object is found with the accused, the punishment can increase to five years in prison and a fine of up to 50 million won.
Is BTS planning a comeback?
