BTS’ J-Hope's solo concert film HOPE ON THE STAGE set to release on THIS date
BTS member J-hope's solo concert film, J-hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE' THE MOVIE, is set to be released in IMAX and theaters globally on November 12 and 15 through Trafalgar Releasing. The film showcases the two-day encore performances held at Goyang Stadium in South Korea in June, which concluded J-Hope's first world solo tour. Prior to its worldwide release, there will be special IMAX previews globally on November 3. Tickets and additional details regarding the film will be made available on October 15.
Music and Performances Featured
According to a release, the film's lineup "weaves together iconic tracks from J-hope's discography, including his first mixtape Hope World, first solo album Jack In The Box, and special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, as well as performances of his solo hits, including Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel), MONA LISA, and Killin' It Girl (Solo Version). Also featured are versions of beloved BTS songs like MIC Drop, Silver Spoon, and Dis-ease, as well as behind-the-scenes footage and appearances by BTS members Jin and Jung Kook, along with South Korean artist Crush.
J-Hope's Eventful Summer
J-hope has had an eventful summer, preparing to reconnect with his fellow BTS members Jung Kook, V, Jimin, Suga, RM, and Jin. In excitement for their reunion after nearly a four-year break in 2026, while also supporting fellow K-pop group BLACKPINK. He attended the second night of BLACKPINK's DEADLINE world tour on July 6 at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, South Korea, enjoying the performances of Rose, Lisa, Jennie, and Jisoo from the audience.
Solo performance and BTS reunion
He then impressed fans at Lollapalooza Berlin on July 13, which fans dubbed #HOBIPALOOZA, before the entire group gathered at the beach and in the studio in August, in new photos he posted, along with two muted clips of the group working on new music in a studio.
"We'll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year," the band shared in a collective statement on July 1. "Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music We're also planning a world tour alongside the new album. We'll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you're as excited as we are."
